1. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 90 seconds of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or dispatched.
• Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility
Snazzl follows a strict return policy due to quick commerce delivery. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Returns are not accepted for:
• Buyer's change of mind
• Products used, worn, or altered after delivery
• Hygiene-sensitive items (cosmetics, innerwear, etc.)
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day.
• For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI.
• Refunds are processed only after product verification.
