These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snazzl mobile application, website at https://www.snazzl.shop, and related services (“Snazzl, “Platform”, “App”, “Website”, or “Services).
Snazzl is a fashion commerce platform operated by CIVIGLO INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. (“CIVIGLO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Snazzl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Snazzl is a hyper-local fashion commerce platform that helps customers discover fashion products from participating local retailers and brands and, where available, order those products for rapid delivery.
Depending on the product, seller, location, and service availability, Snazzl may provide:
Snazzl may operate as a marketplace/intermediary. Unless a product listing, invoice, or other transaction document expressly identifies Snazzl/CIVIGLO as the seller, the underlying sale of the product is between the customer and the relevant seller.
Snazzl is intended for users aged 13 years and above, subject to applicable law.
Users aged 13–17 may use Snazzl only where permitted by applicable law and may be required to obtain parental or legal guardian consent, authorization, or supervision where required.

Snazzl may use age-verification or account restrictions where reasonably necessary.

Snazzl may list products offered by independent sellers, retailers, or brands.

Product images and colours may appear differently depending on your device display.
Snazzl does not guarantee that every product description, image, size indication, colour representation, or seller-provided detail will always be error-free.
Where an error materially affects an order, Snazzl or the seller may contact you and provide available remedies under applicable law.
Prices displayed on Snazzl may include or exclude applicable taxes, delivery charges, platform charges, convenience fees, or other charges depending on how the order is presented.
The amount payable will be shown before order confirmation where reasonably practicable.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product(s).

Snazzl may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
Where an order is cancelled after payment, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.
Snazzl may support prepaid and/or cash-on-delivery payment methods depending on location, seller, order, and availability.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.

Snazzl may suspend or cancel orders associated with suspected payment abuse or fraud, subject to applicable law.
Snazzl may coordinate delivery through third-party delivery partners or other logistics providers.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive the order.
Try at Door is a Snazzl service that may allow eligible customers to inspect or try eligible fashion products at the delivery location before deciding whether to accept them.
Availability is not guaranteed and may depend on:
Where Try at Door is offered, the customer will ordinarily have up to 5 minutes to inspect or try the eligible product.
The five-minute period begins when the delivery partner makes the eligible product available to the customer at the delivery location, or at another point clearly communicated through the App or delivery process.
Snazzl may display or otherwise communicate a countdown or trial-period status through the App.
The customer must remain available during the Try at Door process and make the acceptance or rejection decision within the applicable trial period.
The delivery partner may be required to continue with other deliveries after the trial period.
Customers must handle products carefully and comply with reasonable product-specific restrictions.
Products may not be:
Certain products may not be eligible for Try at Door because of hygiene, safety, customization, intimate-use, or other product-specific considerations.
If you accept the product, the order will be treated as accepted and completed subject to the applicable order and return terms.
If you reject an eligible product within the applicable Try at Door period and in accordance with the applicable conditions, the product may be returned immediately with the delivery partner.
For prepaid orders, an eligible refund will be initiated or processed according to the applicable refund process after the required verification.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the rejected product will generally not be charged as a completed purchase, subject to applicable fees or order conditions communicated to you.
If the customer is unavailable, exceeds the permitted trial period, refuses to make a decision, or otherwise prevents completion of the Try at Door process, Snazzl or the delivery partner may proceed in accordance with the applicable order, delivery, cancellation, and return rules.
Additional delivery or service charges may apply where disclosed and legally permissible.
Cancellation availability depends on order status and the applicable seller and operational conditions.
An order may no longer be cancellable once:
Where cancellation is permitted, applicable refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.
Return, exchange, and refund eligibility depends on:
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, the refund may be made to the original payment method or another permitted method.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, or other financial institution.

Snazzl may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, and other content.
You are responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

By submitting content, you grant Snazzl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services, subject to applicable law.
Snazzl may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Snazzl may provide AI-assisted styling, recommendations, or virtual try-on features.
Outputs are provided as a convenience and may not perfectly represent:
You remain responsible for reviewing the actual product information and applicable seller terms before purchasing.
Where an AI or virtual try-on feature requires an uploaded image, you must have the right to upload and process that image.
The Snazzl Platform and its content, including branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to CIVIGLO and/or its relevant licensors unless otherwise stated.
Except as permitted by law, you may not:
Snazzl's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
Seller trademarks, logos, and product content remain the property of their respective owners.
Snazzl may integrate third-party services such as:
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy.
Snazzl is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
By using Snazzl and providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications concerning:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snazzl provides the Platform and certain services on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIVIGLO and Snazzl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including rights and remedies that applicable consumer protection law makes mandatory.
Where liability can legally be limited, the applicable limitation will be interpreted subject to mandatory statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIVIGLO, Snazzl, and their officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Snazzl will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Your use of Snazzl is also governed by the Snazzl Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected.
The Privacy Policy is available at the Snazzl website and should be reviewed before using the Services.
Snazzl may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material and notice is required by law, Snazzl will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent where required.
Your continued use of Snazzl after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer and other statutory rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled by courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with the Snazzl Privacy Policy and any product-, seller-, order-, promotion-, or feature-specific terms presented to you, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of Snazzl.
If there is a conflict, mandatory applicable law will prevail, followed by the more specific transaction or feature terms where legally valid.
